Refund Policy
We are committed to maintaining a transparent and equitable refund process for students who have paid a token amount to enroll in our programs. Please review the detailed terms of our refund policy below.
1. For Participants Commencing with Warm-Up Sessions:
Students who enrol in advance and participate in the warm-up sessions are eligible for a full refund if they submit a withdrawal request during the warm-up period.
2. For Participants Commencing on the Official Program Start Date (Day 0):
Students who enroll in advance but choose to begin directly on the official program start date or later, bypassing the warm-up sessions, will be eligible for a refund of the token amount under the following conditions:
- Withdrawal within 7 days of the official start date: 100% Refund
- Withdrawal after 7 days and before 14 days of the official start date: 50% Refund
- Withdrawal after 14 days and before 21 days of the official start date: 25% Refund
- Withdrawal after 21 days of the official start date will not be eligible for a refund.
3. For Participants Joining Mid-Program:
Students who enrol and commence participation after the program has officially begun will not be eligible for a refund of the token amount.
4. Additional Provisions:
- Refunds will only be processed for requests submitted within the specified timeframes.

How to Request a Refund
- Students must contact the program team within their 21-day window and complete the required form to initiate the refund process.
- Refunds may take up to 10–15 business days to process, depending on the payment method.
